Privacy and project enquiries.
How Utenx handles information you submit through its website, project forms and booking links.
Information you choose to send
The project form asks for your name, work email, company, systems, service interest, timeline, budget context and project description. Required fields are marked on the form. Use it to describe the business problem; do not include passwords, credentials or sensitive records from your systems.
Enquiries are delivered through Cloudflare Email Routing to the Utenx team mailbox at ankit@utenx.com. We use the submitted information to assess the enquiry and respond. This form does not subscribe you to a mailing list.
Page and campaign context
The site keeps the first page, referring website and campaign context for the current tab in session storage. It contains no name or email address. If you submit an enquiry, that context can accompany it so the team understands which service or resource led you here. Closing the tab ends that session; browser settings can prevent storage.
The site emits page-level booking-click and confirmed-enquiry event hooks without form content. A booking click is not treated as a completed booking. Google Analytics is not currently enabled; Cloudflare may provide aggregate site analytics and security diagnostics through the existing hosting setup.
Booking and hosting providers
Booking links and embedded calendars open the existing Cal.id scheduling service. Information entered there is processed by that provider under its own privacy information. Cloudflare hosts the site and processes requests for delivery and security. Provider logs and analytics may include technical request information.
Contact and handling requests
Contact ankit@utenx.com for questions about an enquiry or a request to correct or remove the information you sent. Retention depends on the enquiry, any subsequent business relationship and applicable obligations; ask the team about your specific record.
