CRM integration services for connected sales operations.

Connect leads, customer records, follow-up and reporting across the business tools your team uses. Give every important record an owner and every exception a path.

Keep the customer record moving

CRM integration services connect customer and sales information with the tools that support the rest of the business. The goal is a usable workflow: a lead is received, routed, updated and reflected correctly where the next team needs it.

Utenx connects sales with finance, operations, reporting and AI where the project requires it. The current sales practice includes lead enrichment, activity synchronization and cleaner forecasting. We establish the supported operations during scoping rather than assuming every CRM supports the same interface.

Where connections commonly break

  • A lead reaches one tool but never enters the sales follow-up process.
  • The same customer is created twice because different systems use different identifiers.
  • Activity is recorded in one place while pipeline reporting reads another.
  • A signed order reaches finance with incomplete customer or billing data.
  • An unsuccessful sync is invisible until someone notices a missing record.

These are illustrative buying scenarios, not claims about a named Utenx client. Bring the actual workflow and records to the scoping call so the design addresses the problem your team has.

Agree the source of truth

Name which system owns customer identity, account status, opportunity stage and billing information. A two-way connection is not a substitute for an ownership decision. If teams can change the same field in two tools, decide which update wins and how conflicting information becomes visible.

Mapping includes required fields, identifiers, duplicates and what happens when information is incomplete. The acceptance examples should include a new lead, an existing customer, a changed record and an unsuccessful update.

The actual sequence depends on your process. Billing or reporting can join the flow where needed, without forcing the CRM to become the owner of every business record.

What your team receives

  • Agreed record mapping and source ownership.
  • Connections and access rules within the project scope.
  • Visibility into failed or incomplete updates.
  • Acceptance checks for representative records and exceptions.
  • Source, owner access and operating runbooks at handoff.

Scope and pricing

Start with a paid Map engagement when the scope is unclear. The current engagement model lists a one-week Map at $8k, fixed-scope builds at $45k–$120k over six to ten weeks, and an optional $12k/month retainer. The actual delivery date, third-party costs, currency and commercial terms are confirmed in the project proposal. See the engagement options.

Ask whether a native connection already meets the requirement. A custom integration earns its place when it covers missing behavior, connects an unsupported system or gives the team operating control it otherwise lacks.

Start with a useful brief

List the CRM and adjacent systems, the event that should start the workflow, the data that needs to move and the place an operator currently checks for errors. Add the deadline and an accountable process owner. The CRM integration checklist helps structure that brief.
