System integration services for your business tools.
Connect the records and workflows that cross sales, finance, operations and reporting. One team builds the connections and hands over a system you own.
Connect the workflow, not just two endpoints
System integration services make information and actions move reliably between the business tools your team operates. A successful connection has a clear owner, a defined record structure, access rules and a way to see when work fails. A connection that quietly drops an update is not a completed workflow.
Utenx maps the stack you already run, identifies missing connections and builds what the existing tools cannot do on their own. We choose the right tool for the project rather than a provider that pays a reseller rebate. The outcome is a working system with access and documentation handed to your team.
Which systems belong in the scope?
- Sales and customer records: lead activity, customer accounts and follow-up.
- Finance and operations: payments, billing, books and expense flows.
- Reporting: data pipelines and dashboards connected to their source records.
- Identity: logins, role-based access and cross-system audit visibility.
- Legacy or physical systems: existing databases, field devices or on-premise components where the workflow needs them.
We determine the actual integration options during scoping. An available interface, export or documented operating procedure can change the approach. A product name alone does not establish that every required operation is supported.
A typical integration architecture
This is an illustrative pattern, not a diagram of a named client system. The business source emits a change; the connection checks and maps it; the destination applies the update; monitoring gives an operator a path to resolve exceptions.
Agree what happens when something fails
Retries, duplicate events and unavailable tools need an explicit operating decision. Identify which failures can safely retry, which updates must not repeat, and which exceptions need an operator. Decide what a team member should see when the connection pauses.
- Name the source of truth for each important record.
- Define what an accepted update looks like.
- Specify permission boundaries and logging requirements.
- Agree the recovery process and who receives an actionable alert.
- Document how the client team changes credentials and maintains the connection.
Proof from field operations
Our published work includes a field-service platform combining an enterprise ERP, mobile records and a client portal across a 7,000+ ATM estate. The operator on site is the source of the records displayed to the bank. Read the anonymized project summary. That estate size describes the project, not a claim about the number of active users or savings.
Delivery, scope and pricing
Start with a paid Map engagement when the scope is unclear. The current engagement model lists a one-week Map at $8k, fixed-scope builds at $45k–$120k over six to ten weeks, and an optional $12k/month retainer. The actual delivery date, third-party costs, currency and commercial terms are confirmed in the project proposal. See the engagement options.
The mapping phase establishes the connections and acceptance criteria. The build covers agreed integration work, access rules, staging and go-live. Handoff includes the source, owner access and runbooks. Retainer capacity is optional; the ownership model should not depend on undocumented knowledge staying with us.
Questions to bring to the first call
- Which tools and records need to move together?
- What manual step, error or delay is costing the team time?
- Who can authorize access to the systems?
- What must work before your team accepts the build?
- What deadline and procurement constraints matter?
If a native integration already meets the requirement, that may be the appropriate answer. A custom build should have a clear reason to exist.
