UTENX · ENGINEERING

Field-service integration across a 7,000+ ATM estate.

An anonymized project connecting an enterprise ERP, a field-service mobile app and a client portal. The operator on site supplies the records the bank sees.

The system described in our published work

Utenx’s selected work includes an enterprise ERP and a field-service mobile application for monitoring and servicing more than 7,000 ATMs on behalf of regional banks. A client portal carries live telemetry, field surveys and audit reports.

The client is unnamed, following the existing project-publication approach. References and live links are available on request. The estate size describes the project scope; it does not state the number of active users, a delivery duration or a financial saving.

The connected workflow

The engineer standing at the machine is the source of the field information. The mobile record becomes the basis for what the bank sees in its portal. This connects field capture with the enterprise and reporting view rather than requiring teams to maintain separate accounts of the same visit.

This simplified diagram summarizes the already published description. It is not an undisclosed client architecture or a claim about a particular integration protocol.

Why ownership of records matters

A project like this needs a decision about where a fact originates and where it is displayed. The published summary identifies the field engineer as the record source. That is different from allowing every downstream dashboard to become a competing version of what happened on site.

For a new integration project, use that principle to ask who owns each record, what a destination may change, and how an operator resolves an incomplete update. These are transferable design questions, not additional claims about this client’s implementation.

What is and is not disclosed

The current public record names the ERP, mobile and portal components, the ATM estate context and the bank audit-trail requirement. It does not publish measured time savings, project cost, active-user counts or a client endorsement. Those figures are not inferred here.
